We have a wellness suite in downtown Golden with a room available for rent beginning as soon as December 18th or January 1st. We are a sports massage therapist and chiropractor and are looking for someone who would enjoy sharing space with us. Any type of wellness professional or counselor or therapist would be a great fit. The room is 10’x15.5′ with a window. Plenty of room for a desk, seating, treatment table, storage, etc. The room could also possibly be divided to create 2 treatment spaces. Utilities and cleaning are included, and there is a sink and storage in the common area. Kitchenette is down the hall for your use. The building has many wellness professionals: Physical therapists , chiropractors, massage therapists and estheticians providing a great opportunity for referral relationships to grow your practice. Ample parking in the lot. Our suite is on the ground floor with easy access from the parking lot. Please reach out with any questions! Rent is $650/ month for full time use.
