Open House Events at Colorado Chinese Medicine University
Colorado Chinese Medicine University (CCMU) offers Open House events designed for prospective students to learn about its graduate-level programs, tour campus facilities, meet faculty and alumni, and get answers to admissions questions. These events support applicants considering master’s, professional doctoral, and advanced doctoral (DAOM) pathways.
Overview of Open House Events
CCMU hosts multiple Open Houses throughout the year. Each event provides attendees with opportunities to explore academic programs, engage with administrators, faculty, and alumni, and view student clinic and campus facilities. If you are unable to attend scheduled Open Houses, individual tours can be arranged through the Admissions Office.
Entry-Level Programs Open Houses
These Open Houses focus on master’s and professional doctorate programs, including the Master of Acupuncture (MAc), Master of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (MAcCHM), Doctor of Acupuncture (DAc), and Doctor of Acupuncture with Chinese Herbal Medicine (DAcCHM).

Advanced DAOM Open Houses
For the Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) program (advanced degree for licensed practitioners), Open House dates are announced periodically. These sessions include tailored information on advanced curriculum, clinical training, and DAOM admission pathways.

Unable to Attend? Schedule a Tour
If you are unable to attend a scheduled Open House, the CCMU Admissions Office can arrange a campus tour, typically available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Out-of-state students should contact the office at least one month in advance to schedule visits.
