Living Younger Longer Institute (Tai Chi/Qigong)
Discover the power of mindful movement at Denver’s Living Younger Longer Institute, where ancient Chinese practices meet modern exercise science.
Tai chi uses slow, flowing movements to cultivate balance, strength, and body awareness. Qigong brings gentle movement, breathing, and focused attention together in a calming practice. The institute’s Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic offers personalized care through acupuncture, herbal medicine, medical qigong, and medical massage.
Behind this welcoming community are Joseph “Joe” Brady and Jacqui Shumway. Joe, the institute’s Program and Clinic Director, is a nationally board-certified Chinese medicine practitioner with more than 40 years of teaching experience. Jacqui, Director of Community Health Promotion, brings more than 35 years of experience in clinical exercise therapy, connecting Eastern and Western approaches to healthy living.
Together, they help people take an active role in their well-being through learning, movement, and community.
