In recognition of Women’s History Month, Colorado Chinese Medicine University (CCMU) will host a special Expo Series Lecture on Women’s Health on March 29 from 2:00–3:30 PM.

This lecture explores women’s health through the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and how holistic practices can support balance, vitality, and long-term wellness. Topics will include:

  • Supporting menstrual and reproductive health
  • Lifestyle practices for long-term vitality and wellbeing
  • Preventive approaches to women’s health in Chinese medicine

The lecture will be presented by Rui Nan, a faculty member in CCMU’s Advanced Doctoral Program, who will share both classical insights and practical clinical perspectives on supporting women’s health.

This program is part of the Colorado Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Expo Series, a year-round series of educational and community events leading to the 2nd Colorado Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Expo.
