Beautiful office with incredible views of the Flatirons is available for share. I’m an acupuncturist looking
to share with another healthcare practitioner (acupuncturist, massage therapist, bodyworker, etc).
The room is fully furnished and includes an electric massage table, desk, chairs, Eldorado water, wifi,
and utilities. The window opens up to the beautiful view! There’s some storage for sheets, etc. The
sound proofing is fantastic!
The massage table is easily moved to accommodate bodywork.
There is a kitchen and fully furnished waiting room. It’s a lovely building that is well-maintained (can be
difficult to find in Boulder, especially for this price). There’s an elevator and parking lot for your clients.
This location is fantastic. It’s easily accessible to Denver, Golden and North as it’s on Broadway, close
to Hwy 36.
This room is in a suite with 3 psychotherapists.
I’m happy to collaborate when it comes to referring clients if it’s the right fit.
Lease is 6 months to start, then option to renew.
Can be rented 1, 2 or 3 days – Saturday, Sunday & Monday.
Prices are per month for every day that month (i.e. every Saturday, Sunday or Monday):
All 3 days: $300
Saturday & Sunday: $195
Monday plus Sat or Sun: Negotiable
Saturday Only: $125
Sunday Only: $100
