Clinic Manager Position

Colorado Chinese Medicine University (CCMU) and Chinese Medicine Community Organization (CMCO) is looking for setting up an external clinic and seeking a Clinic Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of the new clinic.

About the Role

As the Clinic Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. You will lead a dynamic team, manage day-to-day activities, and contribute to the growth and success to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinic management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Handle insurance claims efficiently and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support franchise expansion and standardization.
• Strengthen and maintain the clinic’s branding and marketing efforts, ensuring visibility, consistency, and alignment with CCMU’s mission.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new patients, increase clinic awareness, and enhance engagement with the community.
• Organize and coordinate training programs for staff to maintain excellence in patient care and clinic operations.
• Maintain a patient-focused environment that prioritizes high-quality care and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to align clinic operations with CCMU’s goals and values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in clinic management, including operational oversight and staff coordination.
• Expertise in insurance claim processing, including coding, submission, and resolution.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations, with a focus on scalability and consistency.
• Experience in branding and marketing, including strategy development and campaign execution.
• Ability to design and implement training programs to improve staff skills and efficiency.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for integrative and Chinese medicine is a plus!

Pay Rate

$20/hr + bonus
