Job Opportunity: Clinic Manager at Colorado Chinese Medicine University (CCMU)
Colorado Chinese Medicine University (CCMU) and Chinese Medicine Community Organization (CMCO) is looking for setting up an external clinic and seeking a Clinic Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of the new clinic.
About the Role
As the Clinic Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. You will lead a dynamic team, manage day-to-day activities, and contribute to the growth and success to provide exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of clinic management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Handle insurance claims efficiently and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support franchise expansion and standardization.
- Strengthen and maintain the clinic’s branding and marketing efforts, ensuring visibility, consistency, and alignment with CCMU’s mission.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new patients, increase clinic awareness, and enhance engagement with the community.
- Organize and coordinate training programs for staff to maintain excellence in patient care and clinic operations.
- Maintain a patient-focused environment that prioritizes high-quality care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership to align clinic operations with CCMU’s goals and values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in clinic management, including operational oversight and staff coordination.
- Expertise in insurance claim processing, including coding, submission, and resolution.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, with a focus on scalability and consistency.
- Experience in branding and marketing, including strategy development and campaign execution.
- Ability to design and implement training programs to improve staff skills and efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Passion for integrative and Chinese medicine is a plus!
