Hiring Acupuncturist in Colorado Springs
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our holistic health team. Starting with part time, based on your performance, may develop to full time with adding a new location.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture principles and clinical practice, combined with a commitment to improving patient health and well-being. You will provide high-quality acupuncture treatments and consultations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess health conditions and medical history.
- Discuss treatment plans, procedures, and goals with patients.
- Perform acupuncture treatments using sterile needles and adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize complementary techniques such as cupping, electrical stimulation, moxibustion, and herbal medicine as needed.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, Chinese dietary therapy, and exercises like Tai Ji or Qi Gong to enhance treatment efficacy.
- Provide information on traditional Chinese medicine principles and practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Document treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up care recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare practitioners within the clinic to provide integrated patient care.
- Refer patients to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Stay current with advancements in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.
Qualifications:
- Valid COLORADO acupuncture license.
- Certification by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) .
- New graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous clinical experience preferred.
- Proficient in various acupuncture techniques and traditional Chinese medicine practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Compensation:
- $40-$90 per hour. Based on your experience and performance.
