Job description
Acupuncture & Herbalist Position/Pediatric Acupuncturist in Training
Light & Dark Acupuncture, LLC – Aurora, CO
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Acupuncturist
- NCCAOM Board-Certified in Traditional Chinese Herbalism
About Light & Dark Acupuncture & Apothecary: Light & Dark is a family clinic located near the border of North Aurora and Denver. We treat all ages and many disorders. We have a high caseload of pediatric cases (often between 50% – 80% of our cases are children of all ages) and we often treat many members of the same family. We’re committed to helping our community heal from the inside out using acupuncture, herbs and diet and lifestyle recommendations. We are dedicated to practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) authentically, especially in regards to pediatric acupuncture. This includes valuing precise pediatric diagnoses and enhancing education about classical texts via leading pediatric acupuncture experts. We believe many practitioners who would like to treat children need deeper training in pediatric diagnosis, and we support our associates with this by offering mentorship, paid education, and practical training to improve clinical outcomes for children. In addition to treating adults as usual, our dedication is to helping practitioners gain confidence and clarity when treating children. WEBSITE
