*Arvada Acupuncture & Holistic Medicine is looking for a part time associate acupuncturist to join our team at The Olde Town Arvada Wellness Collective!

*About Us: Olde Town Arvada is a small community (15 minutes from both Downtown Denver and Golden) where you frequently cross paths with clients and word of mouth referrals are plentiful. Arvada Acupuncture & Holistic Medicine is located inside The Olde Town Arvada Wellness Collective, where you’ll work alongside another acupuncturist, massage therapist and esthetician. We have excellent community standing due to our deep commitment to patient care, results and referral relationships with other local small business owners.

We are located in a newly renovated historic home in the heart of Olde Town Arvada on the main thoroughfare in front of the light rail stop. Our building also houses a boutique hair salon from whom we receive referrals and walk by traffic.

We are a cash-based & patient-focused practice. The Collective as a whole primarily treats women, and our current acupuncturist specializes in the treatment of women’s health, reproductive health, and mental health and is currently not accepting new patients, so you must be comfortable with the treatment of these specialties.

*About You: You are passionate about helping people feel better, meeting them where they are in their health journey and building relationships without judgment. You are outgoing and compassionate and love the idea of working in a collaborative environment with a focus on women’s health, inclusiveness and safety. You love connecting with your patients and value building relationships. You want to build a community in Olde Town Arvada and are motivated to participate in community events.

You must feel comfortable treating out of two rooms while simultaneously checking in & out clients and flipping rooms (we do not have a front desk staff at this time). You must be available to start in August or early September, as coverage for maternity leave from October-January is required for the other acupuncturist in the collective.

You have graduated from an accredited school and are licensed to practice acupuncture in Colorado. Ideally, you have a background & experience in herbal medicine.

*Position Details

• Part time hours: 15-25 hours per week
• Available Shifts (Sunday + 2 of the three weekday shifts below are required):
  • Sunday: hours are flexible
  • Monday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm
  • Friday: 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm
• Pay ranges from $35-$70/hour. 25% commission will be paid out on all herbs and supplements.
• Benefits: eligible for 1 week paid time off (after first 6 months)
• This position does require some meeting times (about 1-1.5 hours a week), and the willingness to be coached in specific areas, to support your success in retaining patients so that your income is consistent and stable.
