DAOM Tuition & Fees
The Doctor of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (DAOM) tuition and fees at Colorado Chinese Medicine University (CCMU) are calculated on an hourly basis and include standard institutional fees, textbooks, and materials. Estimated total cost figures reflect typical student expenses but do not include personal travel or living expenses.

Tuition plan for future cohorts (tentative):
2027 Cohort tuition: $40/hour*
Scholarship**:
• Academic Achievement scholarship: $5000 awarded to students who achieved a GPA>3.8 in the Master’s program.
• Business Achievement scholarship: $5000 awarded to students who own a clinic with an annual income exceeding $65,000.
• Research and Publishing Achievement scholarship: $5000 awarded to students who have published more than five articles or one book in the TCM field.
CCMU faculty and students have special discount (only applies to tuition – not fees, books, or supplies):
- CCMU Graduate Student: 10% off tuition
- CCMU Previous Faculty: 15% off tuition
- CCMU Current Faculty: 20% to 35% off (based on tenure year) + additional $5000 off (for core faculty only)
Other Tuition Discount (only applies to tuition – not fees, books, or supplies)
- Tuition paid in-full upon admission: 5% discount
CCMU offer monthly payment plan for students.
Work Opportunities:
• Students may work in the CCMU campus 2days/week to help pay their tuition fees.
