SUMMARY:Women’s Health & Chinese Medicine | Expo Series Event
DESCRIPTION:In recognition of Women’s History Month\, Colorado Chinese Medicine University (CCMU) will host a special Expo Series Lecture on Women’s Health on March 29 from 2:00–3:30 PM. \nThis lecture explores women’s health through the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and how holistic practices can support balance\, vitality\, and long-term wellness. Participants will gain insights into how TCM understands women’s physiology and the role of lifestyle\, emotional balance\, and preventive care in maintaining health. \nTopics will include: \n\nThe TCM perspective on women’s physiology and hormonal balance\nSupporting menstrual and reproductive health\nLifestyle practices for long-term vitality and wellbeing\nPreventive approaches to women’s health in Chinese medicine\n\nThe lecture will be presented by Rui Nan\, a faculty member in CCMU’s Advanced Doctoral Program\, who will share both classical insights and practical clinical perspectives on supporting women’s health. \nThis program is part of the Colorado Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Expo Series\, a year-round series of educational and community events leading to the 2nd Colorado Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Expo. \nReserve a Spot
